JPA & GA Pre-K will be closed due to Federal Holiday 10/08

 

October we will discuss community helpers. Mrs. Debbie is hoping to have parent volunteers come in and discuss their jobs. I would like them to bring something from their job to share with the children to take home as a reminder.

The time will be from 9:30am – 10 am every Tuesday and Thursday for the month of October (same as reading parent) for 15 – 20 minutes of talk time about their careers AND bringing something to share parents can knock off 1 hour of their required 10 hours.

I will place a sign-up sheet in class this afternoon.  It will be next to the sign in sheet for pre-k.  Same as the Reading Program.  If there are any questions.  Please feel free to contact me.

The field trip was postponed to 9.21 due to seating accommodations for our tiny toddlers.  I apologize for the short notice but please bring booster seats by 9.21 Friday morning, so that your child can participate.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Time – all day from 930am – 2pm –

*no uniforms, please dress children in gym shoes, jeans and t-shirts*

The reading program will start 9.25.  I will be contacting each parent individually to discuss availability for volunteer hours for this program.  Please take time to review your schedule for the next  few months. Volunteer hours are Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30 am – 10 am every Tuesday and Thursday.  

5 shoeboxes (minimum) are due on 9.17 for building project.

Field Trip permission slips will be posted Monday for JPA Pre-Kfield trip 9.14.18 to East Roswell Park – all day from 930am – 2pm –

Hello Parents,

It’s been a few weeks and it appears the children are getting acclimated to their new teachers and classroom environment.   I wanted send a reminder notice about Volunteer hours and Classroom donations.

If you have made any donations or volunteer hours to date please reply in the comment section or send me an email.  I want to ensure that each parent’s hours are accounted for correctly.
